▪ Specially formulated heavy-duty mould, grease & debris cleaner, sanitising all
surfaces.
▪ For use with HVAC-R systems, non-corrosive formula extending the life of units.
▪ Safe to use on plastic, ceramics, fabrics & all metals.
▪ As the product comes into contact with microbes & mould on surfaces, the germ
dies as it stops the bacteria from reproducing & stops the mould from receiving oxygen, preventing growth & reproduction.
▪ The solution can be applied directly with a spray bottle or clean cloth.
▪ The formulation uses identical actives as the TGA listed Commercial Grade Disinfectant,
proven to work against pathogens including SARS CoV-2 virus.
▪ Can be used as a component of compliance required by:
AS/NZS 3666 Air-handling & Water Systems of Buildings - Microbial Control Parts 1 to 4
Applications:
▪ Cleaning & sanitising heavily soiled air conditioning systems & air handlers.
▪ Cleaning heavy machinery & equipment.
▪ Used to clean surfaces in preparation for application of HVAC-R Anti-Microbial Surface
Sealer.
Directions for use:
▪ Use gloves & safety goggles during handling & application for protection against mould, grease & debri. Use a respirator in enclosed areas.
▪ Shake the bottle well before opening.
▪ Spray or wipe on with cloth, to any surface. For heavy soiled surfaces/areas, initially scrub to loosen dirt.
▪ For best results, after application, allow the product to stand for up to 5-10 minutes to
penetrate further.
▪ Rinse with clean water or wipe off with a clean cloth.
*Repeat as necessary.
Storage:
Shelf Life: 2 years after manufacture when stored between 19 - 30°C
