San-Air HVAC-R Anti-microbial Surface Sealer

SAN-AIR HVAC-R Anti-Microbial Surface Sealer Concentrate is a plant-based sealer designed to leave a long-lasting protective layer across ductwork and air handling surfaces after cleaning. Applied as a diluted mist or wipe, it inhibits mould, bacteria and biofilm from re-establishing inside the system — helping maintain clean airflow between service intervals.

How to Use:

1. Shut Down the System: Turn the HVAC unit off before beginning any application work.
2. Clean the Surfaces: Remove dust, debris and existing microbial growth from all duct surfaces first.
3. Dilute the Concentrate: Mix 1 part concentrate with 9 parts water (1:9 ratio).
4. Apply Evenly: Spray through a fine mist sprayer, or wipe on with a clean cloth or sponge for full coverage.
5. Dry and Restart: Allow surfaces to dry completely before restarting the system, and reapply as part of routine maintenance.
