We purchased the AC mould treatment for the split systems & they arrived quickly & had easy instructions. We will be doing this treatment every few months, as we live in a humid climate & the AC units mould up quickly.

Both products and service were amazing - if only more businesses cared about their customers. I ordered pet deodorizers and fan, and unfortunately the fan never worked upon arrival. I emailed a day or two later advising of my problem. I had a phone call a few days later to work through some tips and tricks to no avail and they were more than happy to send another. An easy shopping experience and my order was dispatched promptly. If you are looking for a simple test to determine the presence of mould then look no further. I am very surprised to see the growth of mould and bacteria from this easy test. So glad I did it, even tho I didn’t think I had a problem. I have ordered mould removal products which are now on their way.

I’m very happy with the SAN-AIR Super Mould Bundle I bought for a slight show of mould in one small rooms ceiling that has no ventilation and for prevention in other room areas as I live in a hot humid climate. I think the misting spray gun is a game changer in the ease and convenience of applying the product. You just press a button and point and it lasts for ages because it’s a fine mist. I also went up to my roof cavity and didn’t have to go in it but just stood and sprayed it in there. I could see it reaching about 4 metres and it misted everywhere and covered the whole space. The blue light on the misting gun lit up any shows of mould in the dark and was an added bonus. Russell was super helpful and gave me further advice on another product specifically for unsealed surfaces like wooden beams in roof cavities and I have just ordered the SAN-AIR Fogging RTU 5 Litre to use in further preventative spraying. I can also apparently just put it in the roof, turn it on and let it spray the roof space whilst not having to hold it or be in it, so you don’t have to breathe in a 100 yr old houses roof dust so that’s great.Thank you!
